Crash and Spike Detector for Boom and Crash

Hi Everyone
I am using the Cashboy indicator to catch spikes, but as soon as it gives me a signal and I go to open the trade, the spike has already happened. Why would this be?
It seems to be very accurate so far.

Here is the indicator. I am not sure if it picks up the catch and the gives the signal or if it really picks up the signal right before it spikes, if it does, it is a really nice indicator

What are the rules or parameters he gave you to use.

I can test to see how profitable they are based on this

The problem is that He didn't give any parameters, maybe you can figure it out, I am just too new at trading to know how to do that.
