i made payments but he sent me an encrypted RAR file without password... anyone has an idea?

Can I be honest with you on this,
Just let it go.

I contacted the same guy, and then I went online for reviews about him which was not good at all. I came back to him and accused him of scamming, he then sent me the file for free and asked me to pay to get the password. He has confidence that you can not break an 18 Characters passworded RAR file. Trust me not even Jack the Ripper will crack that shit

Don't waste your precious time , I bought more than 4 times , I never receive the correct one .
The password cannot be cracked , it will take you like eternity.
