This indicator is for boom and crash,it's good on predicting spikes after the trend has just changed,to determine whether the trend has changed or not,look at the arrow on the moving Max window,if it's facing up only look for buy trades if it's facing down look for sell trades only,stick to M1 timeframe for boom and crash and you can also trade Volatility indexes with it
