Yes you are correct and my best is Bolliger Bands and MACD.

Возьмите уровни (уровень) и торгуйте на пробой. Ваша задача --вырвать с тела цены кусок профита.

Although I am new on this forum so i am not sure how much valuable will be my comments but i would suggest ''Admiral Gravity'' indicator. There are two different tools that may have the same name. I am referring to the one which puts on the right side of the chart rectangle with large height and extremely small width. The point is in blue color: darker it is, more stronger is R/S zone.
