To be very honest, Forex education is the one thing that a trader badly needs. Free only resources are available in bulk for learning how to trade in the most exact way. Forex traders can follow e-books, video tutorials (on YouTube), and web contents to develop the basics of trading. With the growth of technology, learning has become so easy for traders.
Thats very true, especially on YouTube

You can determine the best time to trade based on the currency pair you are trading. It is dependent on factors such as the currency pair you are trading, the timezone you are in, and so on.

Despite the fact that the forex market operates during normal business hours in four separate time zones (London, New York, Sydney, and Tokyo) across the world, the overlap of the US/London trading session, which runs from 8 a.m. to 12 EST, has the biggest volume of trade and the finest trading opportunities.

The currency market is open during regular business hours in four distinct time zones around the globe. The most active trading period and finest trading chances are during the overlap of the U.S. and London markets (8 a.m. to 12 EST).

This is considered as the best time for trading forex as traders can make good profits during this time.

When the New York session and the London session coincide from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm EST, I prefer to trade my favorite currency pair i.e., EUR/USD. High liquidity and narrow spreads are available with this currency pair.

There is no one definitive answer when it comes to what is the best time to trade. Some people believe that trading at a good time will result in higher profits, while others believe that the market is always moving and it’s impossible to predict what will happen. It really depends on your personal trading strategies and money management skills.

I find the hour before the London and NY open and then 2 hrs into each of them good times to trade as I find that the largest and clearest moves occur in this time period on pretty much a daily basis

The best time to trade in the forex market is during the New York and London Exchange Crossover hours which occurs from 8 a.m. till noon EST. This crossover period is marked with high volatility and trading volume, which, if a trader has proper trading skills, can make good profits from.

The market is open five days a week for 24 hours per day. You have to choose the time frame according to your strategy and currency pair. I trade during the London session (8 a.m. to noon EST) because during this session liquidity is highest and there are greater chances to make profits.

That depends on the currency pairs that you want to trade and their liquidity. There are four trading sessions. Make sure you study about them. For me, it's the New York session and its overlap with the UK session as this is the time when more than 50% of the market is active.

The best time to trade mostly depends on the currency pair. If you are looking to know when the forex market opens, the U.S./London market overlap (8 a.m. to noon EST) has the heaviest volume of trading and is best for trading opportunities.

new to trading are there best times to trade, are spreads higher or lower at specific times, does the market move differently at specific time periods?
The opening of tha Newyork stock exchange and also the London stock exchange

It depends on things like the currency pair you wish to trade and the area you’re located. Check when the market is the most active and place your bet carefully. Conduct market research before you make any moves.
Yeah, also location affects speed of execution, though it doesn't matter for swing trading or low-frequency scalping. If you look for speed advantage then I would advice to check VPS offers.

There is no "best" time of day to trade forex because different traders have different strategies and goals. Some traders may prefer to trade during busier periods, when there is more volume and potential for price movement. Others may prefer to trade when the market is quieter and there is more opportunity to focus on price action.

The opening hours of the NY exchange is from 9:30 to 10:30 am. The Eastern Time (ET) period offers the largest changes in the shortest amount of time, making it frequently one of the finest times of the day for day trading. Since volatility and volume tend to drop off around 11:30 a.m., many seasoned day traders stop trading at that time.

The forex market is open during regular business hours in four different time zones around the globe. The most active trading period and best trading opportunities are during the overlap of the U.S. and London markets (8 a.m. to noon EST). Additionally, some traders favour nighttime trading. For experienced traders using scalping or automatic trading strategies that typically perform well with less volatility as well as for new traders due to volatility's tendency to be lower, night trading on the forex markets has advantages.

Depending on the currency group you will trade, different times are appropriate for trading. For instance, if I use the majors in the Forex group as an example, it is usually advisable to trade USD at the NY opening hour.
