You have to follow the instructions in the readme to make it work. Here they are.

Follow This step to install

Copy both the MQL4 and template folder to your Mt4 Data Folder
Reload your Mt4
Open new chart and load the UPS First Template-Load this first !!
Then Load the UPSv2-with MoneyBot Authenticated
