Rule of Thumb for Trailing Stop parameters

Hi, Does anyone have like a rule of thumb how to optimise Trailing Stop paramaters: Below is basic example based on spread.

- Traling Start = 3 x Spread
- Trailing Stop = 4 x Spread
- Trailing Step = 2 x Spread

The size of the trailing stop also depends on the volatility of a particular currency pair. The same parameter will not work for all trading pairs.
