every broker it does not work. Run it with xm and wait 10-15 minutes to load it successfully. Then it works like a charm.................

Good observation @muktadirnbj but it is not the broker. The force of the programmer is too strong . It is not working efficiently for me on XM. It tends to work the first few times and then ocassionally when it feels like it but it is not consistent. Can you confirm yours works every single time you add to chart?
