Hey guys would you recommend exness as a good broker or not,I've the spreads on it are ridiculous

Hello Exness, I am trading with Thinkmarkets and already made any withdrawals in the beginning of August, your customer service said that I will get my money in 24 hours maximum, but I did not get my money until today, It's been 1 week after that case, you just change my balance to 0 in my MT4.
