Risk Entry basically means you don't have any confirmation to buy/sell yet, you just entering based on the 2-3 touches, but with a reduced risk entry you enter after confirmation such as continuation patterns(hover, flags, wedges) when price breaks out of these structures/channels. And in trading trading with certainty is out of the picture, trading is all about probabilities, the market can do whatever it wants remember that
