i wonder why german sniper. is it because it is used to scalp the germany index?

can someone explain to me how this works, even when market moves it doesn't change its buy or sell signal. I got various forex over multiple days changin direction over big TF, 1hr or 4 hr, and it barely if ever changes, reinstalled it, restarted mt4.
shockingly does better in lower TF, but it states its made for 1 and 4hr TF.

for those who have been using this tool to trade, how do you know when to enter a trade when the input settings doesn't have an option for alerts? do you stare at your screen waiting for the yellow buy/sell entries to appear or what, please somebody reply me.

i think the way it works is okay, i guess you know what repainting indicators can do..
