Scam Alert Forex Pagma tool is scam (order changer tool)

One guy with telegram name @fxcup and @xiang120 is scammer.
he has two telegram channel
Fxfix22 and OC trader 2023.
He also know as atomtool2016@gmail.com.
He show video that order changer tool change negative order to positive order in his channel.
but they are all fake.He has no real functional tool.
when i send money to him. he send desktop app that has no function.
when ask for refund, no refund and give reason for security issue.
He is scammer,lier.
Beaware of this lier scammer.if you are in his channel.
