Difference Binary vs Forex

Can anyone go ahead and explain what if the big difference they have noticed between the Binary and Forex market and is there any common line between them where you can tell for certain if forex did this then binary options would too.

Binary its more risky, you have a expiry time and you can win from 60 to 95% of your bet, or lose 100%
