it repaints. Thats why you are not getting profit. Test in strategy tester and you can see it repainting many times to show the pear reversal arrows.
There is only few indicators that can find reversal arrows using price action.

the yellow and red blue arrows are signals which are repeating and with this indicator it is necessary to wait for the signal of the white arrow before hanging out because this arrow does not repaint and comes in confirmation of the signals given by the other 3
