Cant install any EA nor trade

Im using MetaTrader 4 on a MacBook Pro running the latest software. I connected my account and connected to the correct server. The problem is that the program doesn't allow me to buy or sell. Also when I try to paste an EA robot I bought, I go to the right folder but in my attempt to paste the .ex4 file to the folder I see that it just doesn't happen at all. Any solutions please?

can u be specific, what's name ea u using. there is a lot variable for running EA, for hijack ea 1320 version of metatrader4 is requirement and msimg32.dll file too

Are you running MT4 with Wine? A better suggestion would be to use it with Windows on a VM.
Can you test that and let us know?

it is possible the EA is not functioning, what kind of EA you using and are it properly install into the correct folder

Go to the expert section and post the log for us.Also go to EA properties and allow live trading.
