I make eas and indicators.
Please do not fool yourselves by looking for a spike detector as I have never seen one that doesn't repaint.

I will share some here that some people asked me to make EAs out of and I refused due to the repainting the indicators was doing that would have been a nightmare EA

I think that no repaint spike indicator does not exist, because it based from zigzag signal
