I'm not sure when this PDF was written, however I'm guessing it was a good few years ago due to some of rules regarding SL placement etc. His recommendation is a 10 pip stop for GBPJPY using the 15m chart, I would suggest this needs to be adjusted taking into consideration the pair's current ADR not to mention increase in volatility volatility. 20 pips would be more appropriate IMO or perhaps something based around the ATR.
