I currently use an indicator called mega spike detector for those who are interested can come and test it allows me to make a lot of gain now

RSI indicator works best for me, that and a combination of MACD and chart anaysis

also you can try RSI 140 and ZigZag 100/0/0, but this is the best for divergency and best 5-15 min timeframe
