why do traders still prefer MT4 over MT5

MT5 has been on for a while and yet traders still prefer using MT4....any reason for this preference?

One of the reasons that I see people talking about is that mt4 still have many more good indicators than mt5.

most of them already have mt4 account thats why they dont need mt5

I was wondering the same too. MT4 is like a dinosaur

it is old but.. many addons ready for mt4 not compatible with mt5, additionally mt5 is slower than mt4. Even cTrader which is GREAT is not so popular yet but I belive it is a matter of time.

mt5 is still lacking some good indicators and the addon on it can not be quantify with mt4
