What is margin or leverage trading?

Leverage is one of the great advantages of forex market. Broker offer loan facility to trader so that small Traer can trade big and earn more money than they have. However, it also exposes more risk in trading. So, proper risk management is essential. As for me, my broker Eurotrader offer high leverage up to 1:500. I use it with proper risk management.
