Tickstory not launching mt4

anyone having the same issue as I am that MT4 is not launching from Tickstory.. I still get 99.9% modelling quality but it doesn't actually show it when a backtest is successfully completed. any help would be appreciated.

No used to tickstory that much. Im using tick data manager. Works really well

using new version of tickstory run as admin for lunch mt4.
