Step 1: Learning from experienced traders. With a minimum of 10 years on the Market or at least 3 years of track records. They question everything about the strategy and make the strategy work on your personality.
Target Get a strategy that works for you, not for the Mentor, if not find another one do not ignore it because is difficult, just focus on the process do not make any changes just follow the instructions 100%.

Step 2: Backtesting and Backtesting and Backtesting until you do know more than your mentor... confidence is key in this step.
Target; Make the strategy your own strategy, gain confidence, and know what you going to spend on a number of losses and phycology factors, do the backtesting like real trading you need to belive that every single trade is not just a trade to collecting data, is a trade that you risking your money.

Step 3: Practice a very small REAL account you need to know how to control your emotions, journaling, and observation are key.
TARGET; FOLLOW THE RULES 100% , DO NOT MAKE NEW RULES ... Just observation of your emotions is the key.

Step 4: Trade Funding Account ignoring the Demo go into a real account, and then a very very simple step FOLLOW THE RULES, YOUR OWN RULES...
Target: Everything together now you going into real trading, journaling observation, and very important risk management this must to be clear before from Step2.

Step 5: Develop ....

TAREGET : When there is not a trade when you have time free learn from others, learn from your mistakes...

Step 6: Continue the cycle Step2, Step5 ... on and on and on the market will change you need to be ready
