Pending order EA

What is your requirement? When should EA place pending orders?
If you can share the strategy I can code that EA
 
Hi do you know where I can get EA with pending order for breakout, 1 buy stop and the other sell stop. then when one of them executed other pending order closed automaticly. thanks
