There is another way There is a risk that you have to borrow the Apple ID that you used to install MT4 from someone else to log in to our machine.

as the others mentioned, currently you either have to download it from your icloud, but that can only be done if you have downloaded it previously, doesnt need to be on the same phone - otherwise only option is buying an used android tablet, you can get those pretty cheap nowadays.
