Spread your risk. Do not go full lot size in your 1 position. Have multiple smaller positions pips away. This reduces frustration as risk is usually less.
Also if you find yourself revenge trading with bigger lot size that is gambling. It sometimes turns out fine... but other times you can get an even greater loss. If you are doing that often, then it is time to go back to Demo for a while; until you can stop doing it.
There will be no disappointment and fear in trading only when the trader has his own trading strategy, risks are controlled and there is no haste, greed and excitement when trading.
