Sinking into frustration is a very common phenomenon in trading so traders should take some ways to controlk frustration. Can you suggest some such ways?

Sinking into frustration is a very common phenomenon in trading so traders should take some ways to controlk frustration. Can you suggest some such ways?

Spread your risk. Do not go full lot size in your 1 position. Have multiple smaller positions pips away. This reduces frustration as risk is usually less.
Also if you find yourself revenge trading with bigger lot size that is gambling. It sometimes turns out fine... but other times you can get an even greater loss. If you are doing that often, then it is time to go back to Demo for a while; until you can stop doing it.
