What do you prefer doing after opening you trades as you wait to close in profits?

Even though I monitor my trades regularly,(on my phone) ,I prefer to step away from the screen and do something else until I hit take profit or stop loss.(depending on the type of trade though).
If its a long term trade I completely step away from the screen, only coming back to trail my stoploss if I must.

Look away from the screen, so I don't feel tempted to do something silly

Watch netflix and get lost / distracted in a show for a good 2 hours

I'm a long term trader so I just make sure I disconnect my Internet then go to sleep or try watching a movie to distract myself

Doing chores, gaming, watching some movies, take a bath, etc.
