There is no tool to convert EX4 files to MQL4. Anyone claiming to offer this service is a scam.

Maybe traders who like tinkering with EAs have never used MQL4 converter, but I have never used this software which seems quite complicated.

I think its very hard to decompile .ex4 to mq4 , could not find any till now
