BTMM Steve Mauro, Is the strategy still accurate

Is the strategy still accurate, I have followed and learned this strategy in Youtube, but I have not implemented yet. Is there anyone that has used this strategy.
 
I'm looking to know the same because I do see that its outdated on youtube since 2011. Wondering if it's better than price action
