As a broker, how can I find the best liquidity provider?

Other than spreads, what are the other factors that may affect the quality of service offered by LPs? Stability? Execution? Anything else? Some LPs don't release all their information on website. How can I get access to LP's information?
 
unless you are trading with millions, which from your question I am not sure, then it would not make that much difference... liquidity is important when trading huge lots. anyway to answer your question, when you select a big regulated broker usually you have lot of liquidity.
