Prop challenges is a scam guys. You will never get funded with real funds, their business is focused on selling the "hope" of getting funded and get a job. Meanwhile you have to pay price feed, subscription, initial capital etc. Not recommended really.

First learn to accept that losses is a part of the process. Next set some fixed stop loss settings, drawdown limits, max number of trades etc. Then gradually add flexibility to your trading plan (i.e. rules when and why you can adjust the parameters mentioned above).

I would recommend to try Tickmill or Hotforex they both have FCA license and during high-liquidity trading sessions they offer near 0 spreads on majors which is very convenient for scalping.

If it is free I think it is worth to try however if you want go live start from small lot size like 0.01-0.05 and don't increase risk for at least a week to make sure everything is fine.
