Why does the Metatrader installation file have different size?

I think I have 10 different versions of MT4, some are branded.
But all of them have different file size.

What is really the difference?

well some times the reason is codebase its just like a glass of water see if you want to add more water in the glass then you would be used a bigger glass wise versa new thinks increase size
